The Office closed on Monday 23rd March 2020

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, Waterside Counselling decided to stop face-to-face counselling to clients from its offices in Gordon Street from Monday 23rd March 2020.

This arrangement remains in place until we are advised by the goverment that it is safe to continue with face-to-face contacts. We will try out best to keep you updated if this situation changes.

Your counsellor will have beeen in touch to let you know what alternative arrangements are available and to schedule any appointments you may wish.

Alternative Arrangements

Many of our counsellors also work via telephone, Zoom or Skype should you wish.  Contact your counsellor directly by your usual means (text or phone) for details of what they can offer.  Your counsellor may already have been in contact with you to discuss alternative arrangements.

If you have not attended Waterside before, but are seeking counselling, then please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail to see what counselling we can offer you via Telephone, Zoom or Skype.

A PayPal account has been set up as an alternative means to allow payments for sessions (also accepts credit and debit card payments).
